Expect 30 minutes of continuous follow-along moves to keep your heart pumping, followed by a fiery 15-minute ‘burnout’ HIIT round — sometimes with a twist in music genres. What to expect - 5 minute warm up - 30 minute dance cardio session - 15 minute HIIT / Tabata round - 5 minute cool down

Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule to unlock your space for someone else. Sessions cancelled within 12 hours of the class starting cannot be rearranged, and credits will not be reissued. You cannot swap with someone else either - booking must be in your name. No refunds under any circumstance.
